Mud on a Budget – Terms of Service

Welcome to Mud on a Budget ("MOB," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing products, scheduling services, or conducting business with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services and Products

Mud on a Budget provides parts sales, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, performance modifications, electrical services, storage, and related services for ATVs, UTVs, and off-road vehicles.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Estimates and Authorization

• Estimates are provided as good-faith approximations and may change if additional issues are discovered during diagnosis or repair.
• Customer authorization is required before repairs are performed, except when previously agreed upon.
• Additional repairs identified during service may require supplemental approval.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Vehicles, parts, and accessories may be retained until all balances are paid in full.
• Deposits may be required for special-order parts, custom work, or major repairs.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• Returned items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Special-order, custom, electrical, clearance, and discontinued items are non-returnable unless defective or supplied in error.
• Labor, diagnostic charges, and completed service work are non-refundable.

5. Warranty

• Manufacturer warranties apply where available.
• Mud on a Budget does not provide any warranty beyond those expressly stated in writing.
• Performance parts and modified vehicles may void manufacturer warranties.
• Failures resulting from misuse, neglect, racing, abuse, improper installation, or modifications performed by others are not covered.

6. Customer-Supplied Parts

• We reserve the right to refuse installation of customer-supplied parts.
• No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts.
• Labor associated with diagnosing or correcting failures related to customer-supplied parts is billable to the customer.

7. Storage and Abandoned Vehicles

• Vehicles left on our property after completion of services may be subject to storage fees.
• Vehicles not picked up within a reasonable period may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with applicable North Carolina laws.

8. Performance Modifications

• Off-road performance products and modifications are intended for off-road use only unless otherwise specified.
• The customer assumes all responsibility for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Increased performance may result in accelerated wear or component failure.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mud on a Budget shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of products, services, or modifications. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question.

10. Vehicle Testing

Customers authorize Mud on a Budget to operate vehicles as reasonably necessary for diagnosis, testing, inspection, and verification of repairs.

11. Shop Safety

Customers and visitors entering shop areas do so at their own risk and must comply with all posted safety requirements and instructions from staff.

12. Changes to Terms

Mud on a Budget reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will become effective upon posting or distribution.
