These Terms of Service apply to the MOBBuilds website and the products and services offered by Mud On A Budget LLC (“MOB,” “MOBBuilds,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website, placing an order, scheduling service, or conducting business with us, you agree to these terms.
- Products and Services
MOBBuilds offers parts, accessories, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, performance modifications, electrical work, storage, and related services for ATVs, UTVs, and other off-road vehicles.
Products and services are subject to availability. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, decline service, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
- Product Information and Fitment
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, specifications, and fitment information. Manufacturer and supplier information may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct vehicle year, make, model, trim, and relevant modifications. Contact MOBBuilds before ordering if fitment is uncertain.
We may contact customers to verify fitment before fulfillment. MOBBuilds is not responsible for incompatibility caused by inaccurate or incomplete vehicle information supplied by the customer.
- Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Online orders must be paid at checkout. Service work is due upon completion unless different terms are agreed to in writing.
Deposits may be required for special-order products, custom work, or major repairs. Vehicles, products, or accessories may be retained until the related balance is paid in full, subject to applicable law.
- Estimates and Service Authorization
Service estimates are good-faith approximations. An estimate may change if additional damage, required parts, labor, or other problems are discovered during diagnosis or repair.
Customer authorization is required before additional work is performed unless the customer previously approved a specific spending limit or scope of work.
Diagnostic charges, labor, and completed service work are non-refundable.
- Shipping
Shipping charges, processing, tracking, delivery, damaged shipments, and address corrections are governed by the Shipping Policy posted on this website.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. MOBBuilds is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy posted on this website.
Approved product returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Special-order, custom, electrical, clearance, discontinued, installed, or used products may be non-returnable except when defective or shipped in error.
- Warranties
Products may be covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s requirements, exclusions, investigation, and approval.
MOBBuilds does not provide an additional product warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
Manufacturer warranties may not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, racing, abuse, water or mud intrusion, altered vehicles, or modifications performed by others.
- Customer-Supplied Parts
MOBBuilds may refuse to install a customer-supplied product.
MOBBuilds does not warranty customer-supplied products. Labor required to diagnose, remove, reinstall, or correct problems involving customer-supplied products is billable to the customer.
- Performance and Off-Road Products
Certain products and modifications are intended for off-road or competition use only unless specifically represented otherwise.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product or modification complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Performance modifications can increase stress, wear, maintenance requirements, or the risk of component failure and may affect manufacturer warranties.
- Vehicle Testing
Customers authorize MOBBuilds to operate vehicles as reasonably necessary for diagnosis, inspection, testing, transport, and verification of repairs or modifications.
- Storage and Unclaimed Vehicles
Vehicles remaining on our property after work is completed or after the customer is notified may incur reasonable storage charges.
Unclaimed or abandoned vehicles and property will be handled according to applicable North Carolina law.
- Shop Safety
Customers and visitors entering work or storage areas must follow posted rules and staff instructions. Entry into restricted shop areas is at the discretion of MOBBuilds.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOBBuilds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from products, services, modifications, delays, or use of this website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOBBuilds’ total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to that claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
- Privacy
Collection and use of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy posted on this website.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when business practices, services, or legal requirements change. Updated terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
