Return & Refund Policy

MOBBuilds / Mud On A Budget strives to provide quality parts and excellent service. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all components included.

A copy of the original receipt or other proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Special-order, custom, electrical, clearance, and discontinued items are non-returnable unless they are defective or were shipped in error.

Please contact MOBBuilds for return authorization before shipping an item back. Unauthorized returns might not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is required because MOBBuilds or its supplier shipped an incorrect or defective item.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, notify MOBBuilds within seven days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage or error. Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

MOBBuilds will work with the manufacturer or supplier to determine warranty eligibility and provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping or handling charges.

Processing times for approved refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.

MOBBuilds reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions stated above.
