Mud on a Budget – Return & Refund Policy

At Mud on a Budget, we strive to provide quality parts and excellent service. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all components included.
• A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Special-order, custom, electrical, clearance, and discontinued items are non-returnable unless defective or shipped in error.

Restocking Fee

• All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
• We will work with the manufacturer and/or supplier to determine warranty eligibility and provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.
