Shipping Policy

MOBBuilds ships parts and accessories throughout the United States. Most products are shipped directly from our suppliers, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is calculated at 12% of the order subtotal. Orders of $500 or more qualify for free standard shipping. A 3% handling fee applies to each order. Any available expedited, oversized, freight, or supplier-calculated shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Processing and Delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by product and supplier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Supplier availability, holidays, weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Orders containing products from multiple suppliers may receive more than one tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact MOBBuilds immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact MOBBuilds as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Fitment

Customers should provide the vehicle year, make, model, and trim when ordering machine-specific products. MOBBuilds may contact the customer to confirm fitment before fulfillment.
