Shipping Policy
Mud On A Budget (MOB) ships orders to supported U.S. destinations shown at checkout.
Processing times
In-stock items are generally prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Dealer-direct, manufacturer-direct, special-order, backordered, or made-to-order items can require additional processing time.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Manufacturer availability, carrier delays, weather, high order volume, and other events outside MOB's control can affect timing.
Shipping rates
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Orders may qualify for free shipping when the checkout conditions for that rate are met.
Tracking and split shipments
When tracking is available, Shopify will send shipment information using the contact information provided with the order. Orders containing products from different suppliers or locations may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact MOB immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once a carrier has accepted a package, address changes may not be possible. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refusal, or undeliverable shipment may be the customer's responsibility.
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
If tracking shows a problem, or a package arrives damaged, contact MOB promptly at mikeo@mobbuilds.com. Keep all packaging and take photos of visible damage. MOB will work with the carrier or supplier as appropriate. A carrier investigation may be required before replacement or refund decisions can be completed.
Backorders and supplier-direct orders
MOB sells products from multiple manufacturers and distributors. Some products may ship directly from a supplier or may become temporarily unavailable after an order is placed. If a material delay or availability issue affects your order, MOB will contact you when that information becomes available and work with you on available options.
Fitment
Shipping a product does not override fitment requirements. Confirm year, make, model, trim, and modifications before installation. Contact MOB before installing anything that appears incorrect.
