These Terms of Service govern use of mobbuilds.com and purchases from Mud On A Budget (MOB). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and fitment

MOB sells powersports, off-road, performance, maintenance, recovery, lighting, suspension, drivetrain, clutching, protection, and related products. Product fitment can depend on exact year, make, model, trim, factory configuration, prior modifications, wheel/tire size, suspension changes, tuning, and other factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate machine information and reviewing product requirements before installation.

MOB makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, images, and fitment information accurate. Manufacturer information is used as a primary source when available. Errors can occur, and MOB may correct inaccurate information or cancel an affected order when necessary.

Performance and off-road products

Some products can alter performance, emissions, noise, handling, suspension geometry, drivetrain loads, or vehicle operation. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is legal and appropriate for their intended use, location, event, trail system, racing organization, or public-road application. Products identified for competition or off-road use must be used in accordance with applicable law and manufacturer instructions.

Installation and safety

Installation should be performed by a qualified person using appropriate tools, procedures, torque specifications, and safety practices. Stop installation if a part appears incorrect, damaged, or incompatible. MOB is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, incorrect fitment information supplied by the customer, or operation outside manufacturer limits.

Pricing, payment, and order acceptance

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and other applicable charges are calculated at checkout. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or availability. MOB may cancel or refund an order for pricing errors, duplicate orders, suspected fraud, supplier discontinuation, unavailable inventory, or other legitimate fulfillment issues.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Please review them before purchasing.

Manufacturer warranties

Manufacturer warranties, when offered, are governed by the manufacturer's terms. MOB does not expand or replace a manufacturer's warranty unless specifically stated in writing. MOB will reasonably assist with warranty claims when appropriate.

Website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit fraudulent orders, scrape protected account information, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

Third-party services

The store uses Shopify and may use payment processors, shipping carriers, financing providers, manufacturers, distributors, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MOB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of a product or the website, including downtime, lost riding time, towing, recovery, labor, removal, reinstallation, travel, or lost profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes

MOB may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the site at the time of use or purchase applies to that interaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
